Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively to street addresses within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

Shipping Rates & Costs
- Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
- Order Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Order Transit / Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 10 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Freight & Large Item Deliveries
Oversized freight items (such as large fire tables and pizza ovens) are delivered via curbside freight delivery. The freight carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult signature is required upon delivery.
