Refund policy

At ModiaHome, we offer a 30-day return policy for all eligible products.

1. Eligibility & Return Window
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.

2. Return Process
- To start a return, contact us at support@modiahome.com with your order number and photos of the item in its original packaging.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- We do NOT charge any restocking fees.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours at support@modiahome.com with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
